Mom's On Vacation!

Juliet's out of town for 6(!) days meeting our new nephew Zeke in Providence.
So for the record, what did we do?

We went to the Little Farm in Tilden Park....immediately in the parking lot (at 8:30am on a Sunday), the sheep's "Baaaaa" was intriguing. The size of the cows and the volume from the rooster was enough for the H-man to stay in my arms. Any attempt to get him to walk was denied.

We drank topless! (sorry about the orientation)


We slept under a rainbow.


...and we finished Memorial Day Hugh Hefner style.

And that was only the first three days!

First Bikeride

Ever since Hudson was born Brian's been dreaming of this day. At first we were told he just needed to have good head control and be able to sit up, but then we realized his head also needed to be big enough for a helmet. Today finally came and it was as fun as expected.

Last week, Pixar hosted a big family open house for the new campus and buildings. It was such a fun event, gorgeous weather, amazing food, and extra exciting to bring Hudson to his first Pixar party. Aside from the various bars, food stations, cupcake 'truck', bouncy house, face painting, screenings of films, etc going on, they had a 'video' photo booth set up they turned your 5 second 'bit' into a flipbook that they printed for you to take home.

This was all Brian's genius idea, and it was a hit!

Walking!

After over a month of 'walking' intermittently, Hudson is pretty much officially a walker!

Tickle monster

Hudson loves to be tickled, and now has learned how to tickle us - he loves it. This is cute on so many levels.
